I am trying to make a webbrowser in Visual C# 2010 express but, i want to skin it to make it look better(and i don't mean changing the color of the buttons,ect). can someone help me?

So I assume you are not asking for help, rather you have no idea how to begin this project.

I would recommend the following :

Create a Webbrowser
Extending the Webbrowser

Your calling an admin stupid? Your first post you say you are trying to make a webbrowser, now you say you have created it.

I don't use VC# but searched the net anyways. I found pay stuff and a bunch of free code along with some videos. Now if I were looking to do what you are asking us, I would download some of that code, follow the instructions and try it in my project. it works? then I would modify it to fit my needs.
