So, I started a thread a little while ago about the abuse of the goto statement in templated letters I do for work. I'll give you some background again...

I have to write letters in RTF format, that can be marked up with script in <% %> tags. Cool, no problems. I have no trouble doing this. The problem I get is when someone has done the work before me and I, ahem, "just have to make one little change". The previous letter writer has just been described to me to be a genius.

I promised goto, there's goto in there. Might be hard to spot, but if you've taken classes in Mandarin, you'll have no troubles.

I'm not sure what is worse, that display of "genius" or that people ACTUALLY think he is a genius...
