A question on directed graphs (weighted) ...what is the weight?

A question below on Weighted Directed Graphs.

(First....see the attachment)

What is the value of the weight between nodes 3 to 5??

(I am hoping to represent this as an Adjacency list)!

PS: my textbook says the weight is 81! Is that a mistake...or is it infinity?
