Ok first off when I use VisualStudio2010 and I try to add a TextBlock or other control from the toolbox I get an error like this:

Now when I use a cloud ide and manualy type in a TextBlock I run the application, when it starts I just get a blank page. But if I right click anywhere I get the silverlight menu. I have tried to reinstall VS already. I also tried getting help on the official silverlight website but in 5 days nothing. I realy want to use silverlight with c#. I would hate to switch to java, and applets. Please help, thank you.

Have you tried reinstalling the Silverlight bits? This isn't normal, so the first thing that comes to mind is a botched install.

I uninstalled all the silverlight installs I had, 3, 4, and 5. I then installed 5 and same problem. Again I uninstalled and used my VS disk to install version 3 and still the same problem. I am going to see if I can use a different pc to get things running. However the pc I am on is my main development workstation so I would still like to get it running.
