Do i use PHP instead of PL/SQL to write a procedures,function etc, and reference to my database... Please someone should illustrate to me the difference between PHP and PL/SQL...I may not be getting it alright.

PHP is a programming Language for the web, while PL/SQL is the Language used to write procedures, functions, ect for Oracle.
