Of course. What makes you think we should accept copy/paste work? You need to be original, to write tutorials yourself. Don't just copy other people's hard work, and don't just re-write their articles in your own words. If you don't have anything original and novel to contribute, that's OK. Just don't contribute. Submitting other people's work is the opposite of helping.
