Hello, I have been with this problem for months and I couldn't find a solution for it.

When I try to access my website "imortaza.com" it only loads halfway and stops in my "PS3 and Windows XP" I have scan my pc for viruses but there's nothing. It's weird because my ps3 does the same thing, it only loads few images and stop loading. I have tried with different web browsers "Chrome, Firefox, IE" and nothing solved the problem, but I can access the site normally on my other pc.

So anyone have a suggestion to fix it ?

Hmm... have you tried any sort of troubleshooting? Can you load other sites like google fine? When you ping the host, what is the result? Are you dropping packets? What is the latency? Is is a network cable issue? Is one system wireless while the other isn't?

I have tried a lot of things, but none solved the problem. This started to happen after I moved my site to Namecheap :\

Either a bad server (I mean hosting with cheap in the name?) or you just need to clear out your cache. If clearing Cache does not resolve this issue then you need to contact your hosting and find out solutions, and leave if not are being implemented.
