Hi all,
I newly bought a bluetooth dongle. Unfortunatly when I always put itto my laptop. it give the message " USB device is not recognise".
Can anybody help meto correct this.

Pretty vague there champ. What's the dongle make and model? How about the laptop's make and model? What OS are you using? Have you tried to find drivers off the company's website?

OS vista, windoes 7 ( I have windows 7 64 bit operatin system)
inteface : usb compliance
symbol rate : 3 mb
rang 100m
cant find model number

Plug N Play and all these other interfaces are a joy compared to the old days. Usually when I buy a new piece of hardware and the OS does not recognize it, I go to the manufactures website and download the drivers for the product. So, I would do as modi123_1 said and get the drivers from the manufactures website.
