Hello ya'll,
I'm starting to learn how to develop simple applications for the windows phone, because I had an idea, a really simple idea that I think will be very easy to program, even though I have no prior experience with developing for windows phone. However, the catch is that, I want to sell this application but I'm not sure if I can.
I read somewhere about apphub, that they only supported some countries, but not all. So if I were to register as a developer, I assume my country has to be on the payout list? I had a look at it and it's nowhere to be found. So does that mean that I can't register as a developer/develop applications?
Thanks in advance.

Here is the list, if you hadn't already found it.
I am sure Microsoft will still take your $99 for the fee and let you publish to the market. But if your country isn't in the payout list, you just won't get paid. I am not sure if they will stop you from releasing a paid app because they can't pay you, or if they will allow it, and just keep the money in your account until they get payouts for your country.
Probably would be a better question for Microsoft themselves.
