Arrested Development. It was a perpetually great show, so I don't know if it applies here.

Hmm let's see off of the top of my head..
Sure there's more but I can't think of anything else right now.
- KINGS (one of the ones I'm the most mad at, the story was excellent)
- Camelot
- Caprica (the whole thing with Lacy was just getting really good too..)
- Seconding StarGate Atlantis
Sure there's more but I can't think of anything else right now.

But isn't Caprica a prelude to Battlestar Galactica?

Yea. I mean it's not has bad since we know what is eventually going to happen, but seeing everything that lead up to it was still cool, and it end with a bunch of short rushed clips shoved into the 'last episode' to try and give it some closure because it got cut off, still as disappointing.

I just Google'd it. Sorry to hear that, I'll watch that after I finish Battlestar Galactica. I thought Stargate:Universe was great, but when I watched this, wow, found my new favorite sf show.

SGU was good for the most part, but with so much of SG's appeal being with all the worlds and other planet an civilizations they came across and unique things they faced (imo), I felt that the aliens they came across where a bit cheesy/lame compared to everything else in the series. It wasn't the lack of that which bothered me, just the quality of what they did run into. There were a few other, minor problems I had with it as well. Regardless, I still enjoyed the show. It just wasn't quite as heart-breaking as it cold have been seeing it end.

Well, SGU is my second foray with the SG franchise. The first one was with the movie, and that worm coming out of the abdomen thing is still etched in my brain, even after years passing since I last watched it. I like SGU since it's mature, has a sense of mystery, and not one but there are lots of episodes where I got goosebumps. I also like it that they feature different sf norms almost each episode.
The time wormhole episode was fun too, though it has the feel of a filler, since that episode was really weird and I felt that the show writers must have felt the need to add a time travel episode to fully call that show sf, which is kinda ridiculous but still fine.
I haven't watched the second season yet, and that one has more episodes, I believe. I hope they live up to the first one.
Terra Nova cancelled? I kinda liked that. Too bad it's just a good show.

ya, the main character can't bang his sister and the next season be canceled...I'll never know what will come of it.
(what is it with really good shows and sis on bro action? seems they could leave that out)

I'd definitely recommend checking out SG-1 and Atlantis when your done with that then if you haven't seen them yet. Little bit more humor in them though, but it works.
Terra Nova was ok. I do wish I could have seen where it was going. While the season itself could have used a bit more of something, I really enjoyed the ending. I would have liked to see more of what was happening in the future and the possible back and forth with that and the colony.

ya, I'd forgotten about that one! I didn't even realize it was canceled.
When it was would look forward to watching house(recent episodes are shit), the mentalist(decent show) and it on the same night. Now I watch Person of Interest, not as good as Lie to Me but still ok.
