What - no mention of 'Taxi Cab Confessions' or 'Titus'? For shame.

Spoiler

John Doe... man that show was the bomb. For those who don't know, it was about a guy who woke up naked in the middle of a forest one night not knowing how he got there or what happened to him. He can't even remember his own name or anything about his past. However, he knows everything... like the number of dimples on a golf ball or advanced trajectories of bullets etc.

He attempts to find out who he is and why he has this "gift". It stars the guy that later was in prison break (Dominic Purcell). Show ended with a massive cliff hanger to end the season and then Fox suddenly canceled it. So we never find out what happens.

Later it was revealed from one of the writers that it turned out that he actually died. It was said that once you die you are instilled with all the world's knowledge. But once that happened, a secret group brought him back to life for some dark purpose.

Would have been nice to see that actual twist. Stupid FOX!

I really enjoyed that show. I was sad at it's passing. Seems like it would still do well...

I love that video bavvgai. I show to everyone anytime I get a chance.

I made it into a ring tone. I also have the full video on my phone and my Nook. There's added silly when blasting it on the nook.

Deadwood some of the best dialog I've seen, great writing, it only went 3 seasons :(. I also wish they would have kept SG Universe on for a few more seasons.

I think the biggest problem is that we would have to wipe out most of the population that still finds reality tv shows exciting. These low-cost shows are great in the eyes of the networks as they usually have a large following and don't need high-paid actors and writers to keep it alive. The mentality of the people that watch them is too overwhelming for the small amount of people that tend to really enjoy something that requires brain cells.

The other problem that I have seen in the past decade is the splitting of the seasons at odd times. It seems that I at least, tend to lose track of when shows are starting back up to watch them during their air-times. I usually DVR them but the general consensus I've read online is that DVR's are killing the accuracy of the ratings. I don't know enough about it to argue the point but in this digital day and age, I feel like they should be able to track what is actually being "decrypted" through the box and send that information back for truer numbers. Hell, for all I know maybe they do. It's probably the fact that the forums and sites I visit that complain about their favorite show being cancelled are the same small group of people that like to sometimes have to think or research to see what clues the show is giving might be leading to.

tl;dr:
There are too many people in the world that just want to sit down with their dinner plate and be force fed some stupid comedy or brain-dead competition to keep the better shows alive. :(

Dollhouse and Terminator SCC, I guess some shows are just too good for some people to comprehend.

I love it when a TV show can make you feel superior to others.

That last episode was a bunch of crap that left me going, "What the Fuck?"

they spent millions making the show and good writing to just end it with a low level budget and piss poor writing.
