Why is there no mention about needing a certain number of posts before you can edit your posts included in the FAQ?

Since the name of this thread is "Question about FAQ" I have another question too. I can't find the old post where it says you can't necropost a post which is dead for <insert duration here>. Shouldn't it be on the FAQ too?
I agree on Jim though on his sentiment above. I think it should be included somewhere on the FAQ, maybe on the "Member Groups" section.
