I'm useless when it comes to graphics design, so I won't comment on that. But there is one thing I would suggest. In your "Create Poll" form, you could fairly easily use Javascript to automatically add a "Answer #" line when needed. That way you could just start with 2 answers, and then when those two are filled out you would have Javascript automatically add a third box, and when that is filled out a fourth box, and so on.
