Not bad.. interesting.. ah theme.
Some of the links are opening to new tabs when they probably shouldn't.
bottom of page - > meet the ilsa warriors opens to new tab.

Also your banner doesn't click back to the home page... ugh.

In terms of looks:
Positives:
* Standard fair, good standard layout.
* Consistent layout and fixed navigation.
* Interesting border design.
Negatives:
* Clicking on header image does not link back to home page.
* Left hand menu doesn't "pop". At first impression you might even miss hit. A user should not have to "hunt for the main navigation!
* Possibly use better fonts? Web Typography can have a big impact on the professionalism of a site.
In terms of Technical side:
The site requires optimisations:
* 501kb for the home page! this needs be reduced.
* 26 http calls for one page! this needs to be reduced.
* Images require further optimisations.
* CSS and javascripts have not been minified.
* The order of the CSS and scripts are wrong.
* scripts should be placed at the bottom of the pages and not in the head.
Those are some things I noticed.
On the whole not a bad site! good effort and certainly some room for improvement.
