Luckily, most zombie scenarios agree that zombies cannot procreate. So, while it would be the very twisted or backwards individuals who would want to fuck zombies, their DNA wouldn't further their gene pool. I think its ok to allow people to mate with zombies. The ones who do; we wouldn't want them polluting the gene pool that's going to survive anyway.

I would argue that those were, in fact, zombies. But I don't think you can consider that scene depicting zombies "giving birth."
