I want to make a simple and easy picture Puzzle Game.

description:
Its going to have a board and around it there's going to be squares with a peice of the picture.
You'll have to drag the picture onto the board.

Questions:
1. How I can separate a picture into small pieces?
2. I want the user drag and drop the parts of the picture into the playing board . How I can do that ?
3. How do I create a playing board ?

this is not a database question.. .and should be posted in the appropriate forum.
Thus helping is impossible as there is no way to know the language you are writing in.

As for the image, the easiest way would be to use an image editor to create the small images.

I suppose you load the picture, and then copy party of it to the desired location java.awt.Graphics2D.drawImage(...)
