actually the file pdf format working with name calling function, the code as below:

but when i am using image as a icon, the popup not function and all the inherit value not showing. The code for the icon calling function like this:

Well, this again really isn't so much a CF issue.

In an anchor tag, there are two main ways to address a click event on the anchor: via the href attribute and through adding a Javascript function via the onclick attribute. Your first example uses the href and it should work (or at least the click does something). Your second example, while it retains the href also adds an onclick attribute.

Now, think for a moment: why would you want to have both things in the same tag? Further, does the onclick info ("print_form") look proper? Is that a Javascript function you're trying to call? If it is, look at it closer and you should see the issue if its your print_form function that's not firing properly.
