I am attempting to create an emulator for my windows 7 64-bit in C/C++ but I do not know much about it I looked up some ways but when I tried they wouldnt compile and run. I use notepad++ and I attempt to use my codeblocks compiler but that wont compile what do I do. PS I am using my 3DS for internet my computer does not go online

Creating an emulator will require you to also play with assembler most likely. How are you with both C/C++ and assembler?

@Butch...ummm I dont know what assembly is and I can program an good amount in C/C++ but I dont know for sure because my codeblocks compiler and DEV C/C++ blood shed wont compile them so I can run them

Oh man, you have so much to learn before you can attempt this. And certainly don't use the bloodshed IDE.
