Problem with Displaying MSChart on Webpage

I have been researching on a problem for a few days , the problem is about the MSChart being unable to display on the webpage , Programming language VB,ASP.NET .Installed MSChart but still doesn't appear , i programatically program the chart out on my website , however when running it doesn't appear as for this i added a legend and legend appear but chart doesn't appear.Any idea whats going wrong?Your help is greatly appreaciated (:
