PL/SQL Select ALL issue.

Posted 30 April 2012 - 11:05 AM

Hi, I'm new to oracle and only have limited experience with SQL so please bare with me.
I'm attempting to create a stored procedure in which simply everything from a table is selected to be grabbed and displayed to a web page with php.

I've been reading into it a little and think I need to use the 'into' clause in my statement?

Here is what I have anyway:

create or replace
PROCEDURE ViewCars
DECLARE

 vehicle_result number(30);

BEGIN

SELECT *

INTO vehicle_result

FROM SUN_VEHICLE

END ViewCars;
/

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks.
