Extreme audio problems when Java is running, please help.

Alright, so I recently got a new computer. This new computer has worked 100% perfect except for this one problem. When java is running (I play some Java based games) it has a loud, annoying buzzing sound.

I also make youtube videos of these Java based game, the buzzing sound carries over to the recording of the audio as well. Please help
