Entertainment site check

collegeaccess This is suppose to be an entertainment site, for music and chatroom. Looking for some overall tips and also for a creative way to make sponsors on the screen rather than just have them static in one corner. Much thanks

First of all, music blaring. Needs to go off. Then there is the overall layout, some pictures are stretching, the menu is bland the buttons are weird.
