Microsoft Office Access and Internet Explorer... but there are plenty of superior open source alternatives.

I really dislike Steam. It's really REALLY slow to load up. Takes ages to launch the games. Takes even more time to shut off properly. Just a really piss poor job all around. If they didn't sell games at ridiculously low prices I wouldn't even use it.

Access and Internet Explorer. They're just so slow, stupid and outdated.
Oh, and iTunes. Of course.

MS Office is horrible. Why must it try to "help" me by forcing windows to sizes I don't want?

Microsoft Word.
I have to use it because insurance formats come in it. It is the crappiest, ugliest piece of trash. The rest of the time I use LibreOffice.
Dishonorable mentions go to Microsoft Outlook, IE, Norton's Antivirus, Kodak Shareware and Visual Studio.
