i am currently using c4droid to compile c++ code on my phone and i have a few questions this is nice and cute however i would like to know how tocreate applications in visual studio to run on my phone preferably in c++ also how to save an exe file to my samsung epuc 4g and run it

Have you rooted the phone and installed a custom ROM on it yet? That would be my first suggestion. After that its sitting down with many cups of coffee, and a book on android application development with good reviews. Throwing a .exe on the phone wouldn't necessarily result in a running application, as it would in windows.

Its basically unlocking your phone for total user control, i.e. all settings are modifiable, processor can be overclocked, and depending on what ROM you run, the ability to run custom applications. Every phone is different, and I wouldn't do this if you don't know whats going on. Search this forum http://androidforums.com/ for your specific model, and what rooting method and ROM is best.
Step 1: You have to Root( unlocking phone for total access)
Step 2: Install a custom ROM like CyanogenMod(a modified Android operating system)
Step 3: Don't do anything (ex. install a custom application) without asking advice first.
I can't answer questions on how to write applications for android phones, but it would seem like a good project after rooting and throwing a rom on there. Good luck.

Rooting is giving your phone superuser abilities. It is the android version of disabling Windows' UAC(User Account Control). You will be able to do virtually anything to your android without it objecting.
