I compose long replies in a text editor before I post them so I don't lose them when a thread doesn't load.

Over the employer's network, however, it's a pain in the ass. I click something... then pop to another window and work for a minute or two while DIC is loading. But that is because of the crazy security setup we have here.
I don't go near DIC on my phone because the banner ad sits over the login form and I can't access my account (It's a KIN Windows Phone... uses IE6 with a complete inability to modify, download, delete, or update. It's crap.).

That's because you did it at about 2:00 am EST. It seems like the server goes down briefly for maintenance around that time.
And as for lost posts...if we didn't use javascript to grow the fast reply box, we wouldn't lose the content when we navigated back to the page.
