Its subdomain cuz its still under test..
I want to create categories and pages for authors and add news then it get archived
for example like www.howtogeek.com
how can i do that?

You would need to learn a server side language if you want to code it (PHP for example). This would allow you to code a back-end section were you would be able to post content to the site.

Or, what would be easier for you I would imagine is - install Wordpress, and you will have all that functionality of adding news/pages as well as archiving. As well as having a page for authors which will list all their posts on the site.
