Hey guys,

As some know, I suck at photoshop but I'm trying to get better. I started with a base idea, to create a logo for myself. Because my online alias is Aaron1178 my logo is 1178

These are the designs I've come up with so far. These designs are the result of me stumbling across filters ect. I would like to know what you guys think.

I like the first one because it feels almost like it has a hint of old comic book style coloring/background. The others just seem a bit off. I think the colors just don't work well together.

I am not too sure how well a number is going to serve as a logo because people are going to be confused as to what it means. Usually logos imply a message or feeling. McDonald's golden arches reminds us of good times in our youth, coca cola links memories and happiness with coke, and many tech logos have us thinking of youth/energy/leading the way in technology with lots of swooping motions or logos that imply action.

Keep it simple but also try to invoke an emotion in your logo. Whether it be "cutting edge" or "innovative" etc.

I am not a big fan of that wonky line in the middle.. no.. not a fan at all.

As a starter, thats a pretty looking logo ya got there..
It may not be perfect for now but as time passes by youll get even better..

I've just been wondering around photoshop and downloaded some patterns ect and this is was I came up with for image number 1.

Sorry guys, lost the images and hosting failed with no backup, so images where lost.
