I've been to see Stone Temple Pilots twice and would go again given a reasonable circumstance. They put on a good show.
Saw Shinedown summer before last. That was a great show as well. Prolly'd go to see them again but it's not something I'd feel like I'd die if I didn't.
Have been waiting for TrustCompany to tour in the area and be at a venue on a day I could actually get there. Last best chance was some place in Pensacola but they were there on a Wednesday night. Hard to do from Atlanta when work calls the next day.

STP was really good.
I saw Jane's Addiction with Nine Inch Nails a few years back.. J/A wasn't bad but you could smell the loathing over the unwashed bodies and funnel cake in the crowd.
That being said - Soundgarden has a new cd coming out (a new song was on the Avengers soundtrack) which means.. tour!

I'd really like to see Them Crooked Vultures in concert. I've seen a few videos of them playing live and they are just amazing, especially with how unusual some of their stuff is technically.

I saw Shinedown in Kuwait in '06. I'd never really listened to them before that, but I was pretty impressed.

Nine Inch Nails puts on a hell of a show, just too bad he's stopped touring
Last concert was a bit fuzzy cause I got booted in the head by a body surfer with steel toe boots on... wtf?
Disturbed was neat but I fell inlove with one of the opening bands Art of Dying. Great show if you have a chance.
Avenged Sevenfold put on a great show as well as Rob Zombie
One band I would like to see live is Linkin Park (sorry, OLD linkin park) they have kinda gone downhill the past couple albums.
Did you see the hologram of 2Pac?

I saw Linkin Park in the summer of '01, with Mudvayne, Disturbed, and Slipknot. I never cared for Linkin Park, but I was really impressed that the lead singer (Chester I think?) could hit and hold all of those high notes live. Great performance.

I agree - never was really into Linkin Park, but holy shit - can that lead singer belt out 'Rolling in the Deep'! Not to mention their covers of 'Burning down the House' and NIN's 'Wish' are pretty bad ass.

It's too bad my and a buddy I work with happen to go on ticketmaster a couple years ago and slipknot tickets in toronto were on sale for that night. 70 bucks a seat ticket HOWEVER you could buy 4 tickets at 25 a piece so we tried to get 2 extra people within an hour before we woulda had to leave work by... never ended up finding people though and at the time neither of us really knew that much about them. Kicking myself now however

Yeah, I gained a lot of respect for them, regardless of my opinion of their music. The lead singer climbed half-way up one of the stages support scaffolds (he was several stories high) and sang from up there, hanging by one arm and one leg.
Slipknot is flat-out intimidating, those are some big motherfuckers! The two percussionists jumped down into the crowd and moshed at one point (because they don't really do anything else most of the time). They were a head taller than everybody around them. The lead guitarist makes his guitar look like a toy.
This was all at the same concert, Ozzy's Day Off (the day before Ozzfest in '01).

Tried it, but it turns out Courtney owns the rights to the zombie. But here's the next best thing.
