Yes sir. That part of the process was a bit unpleasant, but that balanced out as well.

I had to take iron supplements during my pregnancies, it's not a matter of how to take them. It's a matter of I don't like to take medication. Of any kind. Period. That and iron can cause some swift and severe stuck-butt.

In that case, maybe washing one down with one of h4nnib4l's juices would be the way to go.

Was the EKG a single, short test, or were you on a monitor? Were you experiencing the fluttering at all during the EKG and/or monitoring?

I also need to point out, while the texture of the juices can be minorly disconcerting at first, they are much "thinner" than tomato soup. Even juices that completely exclude fruit won't approach a good stout in thickness.

There were three separate single short tests, I was wearing a heart monitor, but not directly related to the EKG.
My nuclear stress test next week will have me all wired up and working out while doing intermittent EKGs.
And no, the fluttering had stopped by the time they rolled in with the EKG machine.
I cut the caffeine out of my diet and the flutters have yet to return.

See above. And add to it that we have a blood drive 4 times per year while classes are in session (2 in the fall semester, 2 in the spring). When I first started working here, I decided to be the goodie-goodie and donate blood. They kicked me out due to low hemoglobin.
Here in the UK, as far as I'm aware, I have never been tested for haemoglobin before giving blood. I was rejected once because I had a very mild cold, but that's it. Seems America has a higher standard for blood than the UK.

Or they test for haemoglobin after they've taken it.
Frightening story benign. I hope you take a British attitude to this one. Grumble, bitch and moan about the supplements but don't stop taking them!

As reasons to drink more coffee than usual, this is a good one, and I will subscribe to it.
The pouring some out, though... come on. Really?
Drink your coffee, Knowles. There are children sleeping in Africa.

Sweet. There's some in my medicine chest. If it helps, I will take them in solidarity.
