Changes don't apply when running project.

I just starting out with java server pages with Netbeans and tomcat. I made a change to a jsp that displays "Hello World!" and the change isn't showing up. I have cleaned and built it. There are no errors in my code. Does it have something to do with Tomcat and the War file?

I figured it out, I needed to run the file itself. So simple.
