... but does the algorithm take into account that many women have uneven breast sizes?
If I were a betting man, I would put my money on this algorithm being written by men with little or no first hand experience with the breasts of multiple (if any) women.

Typical of the Microsoft cohort, the ladies didn't just build a shopping site, they built an algorithm

See? If I would actually read stuff instead of just skimming, I could make considerably less of an ass of myself.
Thanks for that.
Edit: Went to the site, took the test. It DOES take into account which boob is bigger. That is awesome!
However, thanks to my huge tracts of land, I get the following message at checkout:

Not half as amusing as one of the pages linked to at the bottom of the article. Almost apropos to the OP, strangely enough.

Meet the JoeyBra, a monstrosity from two University of Washington students that gives women the opportunity to free themselves from the yoke of purses and instead shove all their crap — phones, credit cards, birth control pills, hopes, dreams — in a mesh pocket under their armpits, which is sort of what normal people do already.
Yup. If I'm going to a party or out to play volleyball, or take the dogs for a walk, or sitting at my kids' school events... I shove everything in my bra... and I don't have a convenient pocket... it gets shoved in the cleavage for easy access. Cuz I'm classy.

It's kind of like putting your stuff (phone, cards, money, keys) in a vat of jello (boobs) and wrapping the jello in plastic wrap (bra). You can wiggle the jello all you want, but the stuff remains in a weird sort of suspended animation. I have A LOT of jello. It's a family curse.
