Would any one be able to / attempt to diagnose this problem via teamviewer or anything?

I havnt because I have 0 experience with it and wouldnt havea clue how to figure it out

Download program.. burn iso to cd.. put cd in.. boot from cd.. let it run on default settings.

I suggest just taking it in then... let someone get their hands on it and see what's up.

Okay I ran memtest and it didnt find any problems. So Im assuming that it isnt a RAM problem?

i got it from bestbuy, but never got a warranty

*shrug* then it becomes a coin flip. I have no idea where you live or the reputation of any local shops. Check out yelp and angielist reviews.. compare than from a corporate standardized group like best buy.. then make your judgement off that assessment.

Report back after who ever fixes it with an explanation of what was going on.
