i wish to pass a certain variable from the flash to asp.net dynamically using AS3.0. is that possible?

for example, when the flash is in frame 5, i wish to pass the variable i have set in this frame to asp.net. and i dont allow the flash to be refresh because there are others variables in further frames to be pass to asp.net. if everytime the flash refresh after passing down the variable from frame5, it will only stop there.
