Hey Guys!
I just finished my first college programming class in Java. What I want to try to do over this summer is develop an app of some sort, just something basic to start with, but I don't really know where to start. If anyone could point me in the direction of a good tutorial on writing and designing an app, or just have enough knowledge on there own and could walk me through it, that would be fantastic!
Thanks!

Hello, Android is a great book, as stated by Nick. I picked it up last Thursday and I've been going through it in my spare time and it is really informative and helpful

Hello,
I am developing an Android application with an SDK and Adobe Flash Builder. However the application is in C#. Just would like to recommend it if you are planning to try C# later on. Here (http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_456-voip-android-integration-voip.html) you can find information and code snippets that handle the physical buttons and the rotation features of the mobile devices. Hope I could share useful info with you.
