css to align title and everything below it

I wish to align the title and summary(click the plus sign in site below) as described in the screenshot

I tried to use
margin: 0px 10px 0px 75px;
padding: 0px 20px 0px 0px;


in
.title h2 span, .title h2 a{ 


just like in
.toggle_container .block {


but it didn't work

Thats just justified text, so the element where you add your text, give it the style
text-align:justify;
