I'm trying to find a script that will allow my organization to upload our entire document library to our web host, and allow these documents to be organized into a sort of this library. This library needs to be accessible by our members, but I need to find a way to require them to only be able to access the documents we manually approve them to (i.e. They pay us, and we grant them access)

Seems like a pretty simple use of an index in a database base of members and documents... members can only see what is 'turned on' in a table for them... display their file index with something like php..

Perhaps even something like docstoc. But of course on my server alone so we can retain all revenue
