i think it's good for all of us to remember that non-programmers think about and use computers differently than us. sometimes it's good to use the experience to fix the things that we do wrong.
(but yes, also it's a reason to cry and complain and wanna punch some old fogeys in the face because holy shit you at least have to TRY to figure this out)

I have the same problem when it comes to explaining noobs. I just point them to google and let them search their way out.
