export SMS in inbox and sent items in android

hi there,i am a newbie in android programming.i would like to request here about retrieve SMS in inbox and sent items from android sqlite and sent it to mysql database.i could not find any tutorial to do this application.any suggestion and guides?

Well perhaps the API might shed some light, i do not really develop much on Android however this appears to explain some methods and packages associated with SMS messages in Android, you also have SmsManager which may help also.

So perhaps you can invoke getMessageBody() to return the String of a 'text' message and then store that into your mysql database over whatever connection suits your fancy and is supported on android.

thanks by the way.i still don't understand anything about it.i am very weak in programming actually.and now i am start learning about android.thanks a lot and i am still looking for more guides and tutorials for beginner like me.will try to code it.

and one more thing.the application that i am going to create is something like mobile spying.it only monitor SMS and sent it to mysql.how to make this application runs in background so that the user can install it and the apps actually disappear and runs in background?sorry for asking a lot questions.

Interestingly there does appear to be, however you may need to do some digging around to find out exactly. I followed a few links and came across the following

I believe from my understanding of the referring link that this may provide some example of how you may access the database.
