Strange issue with layer still showing

I am having issue with a Flash play bar that I am using. I need to remove the 3 icons on the right of the player and keep the back, play, forward and audio buttons. I have gone through all of the buttons and layer and turned everything off, but still when I play the movie they appear.

Im sure I am missing something, but I have spend a good while looking over these layers and I wonder if someone that has a good eye for this stuff can quickly look over my .fla file and see if there is anything I am missing. There isnt much too it, so I am hoping I just have the case of "staring at it for too long"
