Favorite Ice Cream and Toppings?

I'm sitting hear eating a bowl of ice cream, chocolate and strawberry with sprinkles and chocolate shell stuff, so I was wondering, what is everyone's favorite kind of ice cream, and what toppings do you like the best?

My personal favorite is chocolate chip cookie dough in vanilla ice cream with hard shell and sprinkles :D (not very manly, I know, but it is amazing (: )

I liked Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough when I was younger. Still do I guess, but I don't eat ice cream all that often.

I've been wanting to try the Schweddy Balls ice cream since I heard that Ben and Jerry's was actually going to make it, but apparently every store down here refuses to carry it. It's very frustrating.
