How do I make such databases?

I have this Netbeans project , I'm trying to analyse it but I can't figure out it's type.

How do i make like this database? Or how Do I make project so I can use Java and like this database type?

Probably have better luck in Java; moved there.

I presume you downloaded the project from somewhere and imported it into Netbeans. Normally, the database will already be set up for you, you just have to configure it within Netbeans. So look for any documentation which came with the project on how to set it up, or look online for this information. If no information is available, you will have to go through the java files to find where they set the configurations for the database. You then need to set up a database server in Netbeans (which you should be able to find a guide for), and give the database the same credentials as the config file.
