communism is a form of socialism so no, you fall right on LOD's. if you mean what countries like Germany have where the state controls the economy but the government is fundamentally a republic then you sorta fall between us. pending LOD actually being a communist :P

Whatever is best for the country. I do not believe in the party system and never will. I believe people of any party are fit to serve if they have truly good ideals for this country and can pull it off.

Money and social standing. They allow for people that really shouldn't be running to win, while smaller parties with more qualified people, simply because there is a general following of people after a certain party.
