New Mentors- Sepp2k and e_i_pi

Congratulations to our news Mentors, sepp2k and e_i_pi. sepp2k has been working really hard in the C/C++, Java, Computer Science, Functional Programming and Python forums. e_i_pi has also been doing yeoman's work in PHP and Databases. Let's give these guys a round of applause!
