I am making an RPG and I need help with the logging in part.
In need information to tell me how to make it so people login and play the game and then they exit my game, then the next time they come and play the game they have the same characters, with the same items, equipment, level and stats.

I just don't want this for only one person to play I want it so heaps of people can login and play. I need it so anyone can play.

If you can please post so I can make my dream of making games come true.

Just so you know I want to be a game designer when I grow up.

You're going to want to research a database system, along with a server-side language that will let you interact with the database.

Also it gonna be like adventure quest where only 1 person is playing so it single player game but it can save the data.

Try MySQL, and Perl or PHP for your server-sde language.

I prefer PHP and MySQL.

A Google search for "Flash PHP MySQL" will turn up a few good results.

Here is what I found. Cookies are awesome. Flash will make a readable cookie. I have used it before to make my character reset to their old position. As far as logging in, I can't help. Serverside content?
