I've been learning HTML/CSS and dabbling in JS/jQuery a bit. I did this design for a friend's business. Can you take a look at let me know what you think? Thanks! Website

Not too shabby.. Pretty bland on the coloring, and lord knows the writing needs to be updated (especially on that home page!).

It also seems that home page has too much odd.. space. Sure.. centering the content is one thing, but what about having a side bar scrolling new properties, updated tenant information, twitter, etc?

The blue footer also has a glut of empty space - shore that up.

Have your twitter and facebook icon's next to the text.

The portfolio link is busted.

Just to be sure - you are replacing those watermarked graphics, right?

-Thanks for the feedback! The writing does need work, it's mostly placeholder for now.

-What kind of error are you getting on Portfolio link?

-How would you "shore up" the footer?

And of course the images are placeholders...

For me it looks great only 1 bad point that i can find.

When im clicking between the first 2 links in he menu it only loads the content however any other link loads the whole page.

Are you using Ajax at all?

Sadly, I am not--I don't know how although I'd love to learn if someone could point me in the right direction...
