Hello,

I have a bit of a problem. So here is a screenshot of what is currently happening.

I need the blue bar to be under the gray one. I recently used z-index so it goes across the whole page, I was not experiencing this change before I started to use z-index.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

the problem is your "fixed" class. since both the blue and the black bars have that class, both start at the window’s top.
