Problem with Link

I had my flash links working fine but now it is not working, i changed it from using the normal embed tags to using javascript so im not sure if that could be part of the problem. The code im using is below:
on (release){
getURL("http://stclairrealestate.com.au/content/view/16/40/","_self");}


and you can see it on the site here: http://stclairrealestate.com.au/

Anybody know what the problem is?

The banner/slide-show with the "First Home Buyer" button works for? Doesn't seem to be working for me :huh:
