Unable to edit blog post comment

When I go to edit a comment on a blog post I get the following error displaying on the page.

Array ( [0] => Array ( [0] => 712 [1] => There was an error with checking that category.
4790:4790:0
Function: category::checkCategory ) )

It's a known "feature" of the blog system.
