Jim is actually one of the most self-effacing people on this forum. I feel that he has the patience of a saint, but he has learned over the years to direct that patience towards people who want to help themselves learn.

As I mentioned before, maybe it's a language barrier, but your posts come across as "gimme the codez". Or perhaps it's a cultural barrier? Perhaps the communication style in your culture is much more direct and aggressive, where as the norm for English speakers on this forum expects something more polite. (One culture I've encountered is on the other extreme where their norm of politeness considers it rude to even ask, so it becomes hard trying to find out what they really want.)
