I am looking for someone to help in developing a mobile app that would be much like a do not call list type except using texting. The idea is based on the user entering a specific phone number and time period in which they are locked out from texting a certain person. There are similar apps out there but I am looking for a simpler user interface and possibly doing both a no text/call. I really know nothing about this type of thing I just know that this idea has the possibility of going somewhere. Is this quite costly to do?
